How to turn off notifications in the Gmail app for Android

Turning off notifications in the Gmail app for Android:

  1. Touch the menu icon in the upper-left corner of the interface and in Settings.

2. Then select your Gmail account.

3. And find the “Notifications” category.

4. Touch “Notifications.”

5. Finally, touch “None”.
